Tradesmen Community Credit Union's Audio Response System puts your accounts at your fingertips 24/7. Simply call (515) 226-8021 (Des Moines Metro) or (800) 870-4245 outside the Metro area.
Listen to the menu options, then press 3 to use our Audio Response System. Next, enter your account number and the first two letters of your last name followed by the pound sign (#). For the letters "Q" and "Z", press Zero. Enter your four-digit PIN followed by the pound sign (#). NOTE: The first time you use the system, you will need to set up your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Follow the menu prompts to do this (you'll need to enter your social security number). It's that simple!
To manuever through the system, just follow the system prompts to INQUIRE, WITHDRAW (a check), and TRANSFER FUNDS. Get your balances, find out which checks have cleared, check on recent deposits, request that a check be drawn from your account and sent to you, make transfers to and from your account(s), even make your loan payments from savings or checking! You also have access to any accounts on which you are joint owner.
